Girl Kissers is a monthly sapphic book club led by Allie Bennett and Rachel Simon, two Raleigh-based friends with shared loves of reading, community, and girl-kissin'!
Allie is GKBC's intrepid founder, a content creator, and a professional treadmill strutter (IYKYK). She held GKBC's first meeting in February 2025 and quickly turned it into Raleigh's Hottest Club, bringing together hundreds of sapphic readers each month for chats and crafts galore.
Rachel is a journalist, author, and crossword puzzle constructor (fun fact, right?) who joined GKBC as a member before becoming its co-leader in spring 2026. Alongside Allie, she transformed GKBC from a meeting-only club into the mailer form you know and love today.Â
